WTB: 200 4 R Speedometer Gear Retaining Cover and Bolt

I recently acquired a rebuilt 200 4 R that I plan to install in a 67 corvette. It did not come with the housing (cover) and screw to retain the speedometer gear. Does anyone have one for sale or recommend a vendor where I may purchase?
