WTB: Drilled Up Pipe & Drivers Side Wiper Arm and Post

Hi! I need an up-pipe that is already drilled for a Razor's Alky Injection in the 9 o'clock position. Finish doesn't matter, as I'm going to powder coat it anyway- As long as it isn't dented (badly). I will also take a stock up-pipe that isn't drilled yet- Again depending on price.

Also, I need a drivers side windshield wiper arm and the pivot/bracket it attaches to. I prefer a black arm, but will take a silver arm if the price is right.
