When TR owners start bickering with one another on turbobuick.com about things that do not even matter.:D

You know it's winter when.....You can pretend you are the owner of a low mileage GNX.You get to go into the garage, look at your Turbo Regal under it's car cover, and can't drive it!:frown:

it gets cold outside, you stop wearing shorts and turn the furnace on for the first time in months.:p

You know Winter has arrived when...

All the TR owners in Florida starting go to the tracks instead of the car shows;)

Best answer right there. Things are getting a bit out of hand in some of these recent threads.

My own personal answer to the question you know it's winter when... I go to home depot and buy supplies to build a playhouse for my cat because it's too cold to keep myself busy working on the car.

When you atart asking yourself "was it such a good idea to remove the hvac in the GN?"

...when you wake up, get dressed to go to work as usual and look outside only to realize that there is a snowstorm forcing you to postpone everything you had planned for the day...LIKE WE'RE HAVING TODAY!...

Claude

When you are top water bass fishing in shorts and a sweat shirt.....brrrr its chilly! (65f at 10 pm last night)

When you finally have time to do the projects on the GN with out having to miss out on driving/racing it. It's my down time. It's also a time to renew friendships with your UPS/FedEx drivers as they return to your door bearing parts. Now stoke the woodstove and grab a cold one.
