115 at best, you got a problem somewhere. There are so many things it could be. How long ago was this unit built? Fresh? If so, pump area is the suspect whether it be pressure reg set up or somewhere else, but that is the place to start. Also, Ck the sump and/or filter too. This can also cause your condition. For in depth analysis, call Chris or I during the day to review. Either of us will be glad to try to help you. Either way, it will be a flow chart of things to diagnois. If you call me, I will try to go over all aspects of the problem and try to get a result. But in the end if you leave it as is, you will burn it up. 115 is just not enough , period.
