1-2 flare and i got pressure #s

My 200r4 trans shifted great for the first 100 miles til last night and it started banging the rev limiter at 6000 and wouldnt shift at all under full throttle. Second gear started to slip under medium throttle too.

Pressure numbers i just did at 1000 rpms with no tv pressure

Well anyone have any idea why i have no pressure on the lower gears?????

BTW i put the trans together with the following. its a 87 BRF trans

PTS billet servo
PTS pin and anchor pin
wide band
.570 boost valve
.400 boost valve
PTS deep pan
PTS pressure regulator system
PTS chrome moly pump rings
PTS Xtreme Direct Drum (hot loaded blue)
art carr harden input shaft
harden stator
13 vain pump

How much servo travel do you have?

its been awhile since i put it together so im going to guess and say it had .040 travel

check it for what? To see if its in place, or cracked? Anything else i can look at?

yes

Make sure it`s not cracked & that it is in there tight. You have Boost in R so I assume the boost valve is installed correctly.

That was it, the tube towards the front of the VB came out. How do i get it to stay in place so it wont come out again? I'm guessing it popped out from too much pressure?

There should be a bracket under the bolt for the manual valve
detent roller to hold the pipe into the valve body.

Transfer tube has some kind of problem.
Loctite it in or center punch to stake.
