Hard to believe it has been 10 years since his passing. 2-18-01 Wonder how he would feel about how NASCAR is today? I want to TRY getting back into watching the races but isn't the same without him.

The way they are running at Daytona this year sort of reminds me of Roller Derby. That two car drafting deal is sort of bogus to me.

He's probably spinning in his grave

He's probably rubbing the varnish off the casket next to him.

I am the same Mark. I haven't been able to watch it since, I couldn't even take him off my fantasy race team the year he died.

And to think poor DALE made more money after he was gone. The stuff they put on the market for him was crazy.

I have this great framed photo of when he raced up here in HUDSON NH and won his race accepting a throphy with Ron Bouchard, and Buddy Baker..

At the time 1981-85 Dale was doing the circut. How Hudson speedway even got him there is beyond me.
here was the info:

August 4, 1985 Showdown of Champions Hudson Speedway, Hudson, NH Pro Stock Dale Earnhardt

Waltrip is a bad actor. His constant pursuit of sponsor dollars is annoying.

Don't get me started on his brother.
