My 200 R4 has firm shifts and works flawlessly other than it seems to up shift from 1-2 too soon. In addition, if it is in 2nd gear and I go WOT I can not get it to downshift back into 1st gear. The TV cable is adjusted correctly and I am using all the stock brackets and linkage. Any ideas? Would governer modifications correct this? I have heard that Summit sells a governer mod kit.
