Just put a fresh trans in my friends car. Wide Alto band, after market anchor pin, All Alto red clutches, teflon sealing rings on center support, 10 vane pump ( 100 psi @ min. tv cable 260 psi @ max tv.) .048 clearance in Direct--7 clutches, .050 servo travel, It had a Superior shift kit prior to this rebuild. All is well except a slight 2-3 bind up. I suppose this is a timing problem. All suggestions are welcome.
 
opening up the third accumulator hole in the seperator plate will help.what servo is in there?
 
make sure the 2/3 return spring is installed on the servo.some leave it out.if not drill the hole i mentioned out to .125.

Can be felt at part throttle, (slight), worse at WOT.
Yes, the small return spring is on the servo.
I have a BRF servo. Would installing that make a difference?
