Hooked it up this afternoon and it cranks up and dies about 1 or 2 seconds later. I double checked the signal wires(white to ecm). Confused on the fuse adapter, does it have to go a certain way?

yes it has to go as instructed , as i recall the fuse must be facing down (manual reads wires to the right )
you must replace the old fuse into the fuse holder

dont forget the ground

and you must set the config dips to ....config 3 off /config 2 off/ config 1 on

hooked it back up and it acts like its on 2 step all the time. Gonna check dip switches again

Dip switches set correctly. Tried reversing the connections at B4 and it just cuts off after it cranks.

whats the serial number on the unit? Its on the sticker inside.

I supplied this to the OP I had a couple issues when I first set it up, I had to use a GM module.
After that I had no problems I have since gone to a TR6 module with LS coils If there are problems and you can't get it working properly let me know maybe Bob needs to take a look at it if so I will share in the expense or take it back.
It has been update to the most current flash on the bailey site.

there is a new flash file that may help the false triggering. hit me up on email and I can send you the update.

I should also update the support web page.

Now thats a stand up man there! If the update doesnt fix the issue I'll just sell it and go TR6

my lame azz computer won't let me open the files. I'll try my sons computer tomorrow.

I have a GM icm now and it starts and goes dead. Reversing the connections on ecm wire and it acts like it's cutting out at idle. Sent u a pm Bob

did you somehow get the power connector at the 2step reversed ? they were reversed on first batch

I do have anti theft but I have the feature turned off. I don't think the power is reversed. What's the order of the plug on the unit?
