I've been having some problems getting this to communicate with my laptop. The instructions say to redirect the wizard to "ReflashDrivers". Is this under the hardware wizard? If so, there isn't an option for that on there. All is prompts me to do is insert a CD-ROM or just click next to see if it can find it, which it can't.

Whenever I try to open the update to the Reflash program, I get a message saying: "This application has failed to start because LIBUSB0.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I appreciate any help. Thanks!!

What gave you the idea that you need to reflash the 2-step?

The unit is set up from the factory and (for the most part) should be plug and play.

Is there not a way for me to change the RPM that I want to launch at and the amount of timing retard? I guess I don't get the gist of how it works or what to do to control it's operation.

I'm sorry guys, I'm an idiot. Okay I'm starting to understand it. I'm using a 3.8 V6 from a Thunderbird SC. I'm using a manual transmission, too.

Would you guys suspect that I should use "config 3" for the Mustang V6? Also, I'm not understanding how to activate the PowerShift feature.

set the switches like a Buick for now, and drop me an email when you get it in.

For the Ford, we may need to tweak the software.

Bob
