First off. Let me just say that this was my dream car untill I bought my Gn and in alot of ways still is. He just bought it from someone upstate. 2000 black ttop ss 6spd leather 28k miles. Mods are headers with a y pipe no muffs and ending b4 the rear axle. Also has a cam and Slp intake and dyno tuned at redline motorsports in Albany,ny. He let me drive it and it pulls real hard.
But anyway back to the kill story. Him and my 2 other friends had a photo shoot with the camaro and 2 t/a's. A 450whp ls1 and a 390whp lt1. And after I got there the camaro left and I followed. I was following a couple hundred feet back tops and I heard him down shift into 2nd around 50 and mat it. So I hit it right after and I had to dart into other lane and hit breaks Bc I almost rear ended him I caught up so fast haha. Was not expecting that We went to about 85tops
Made me feel good but on some days I wish I had an ls1 still:frown:
