3" Down Pipe

What's the story on the puck problem?? Is this originally defective? or is it due to having the flange resurfaced? I don't see how 'reclocking' the puck would fix this.... it seems the entire puck/shaft assembly would have to be 'relocated' further back into the pipe pocket/shroud area in order for the puck to sit flush at the flange surface.... does the puck not rock/float freely on the arm??

yes it is from the flange being milled. when i got it the downpipe wouldnt fit in a tr i tried it in two diff cars. it was cut and rewelded to make it fit. when the it was welded the flange warped so i had it milled. as far as how to fix the puck corecly idk thats what i was told would fix it.a friend listed it for me.
