3spd lightning rods

Just as the title say's i have a set of hurst lightning rods for a 3spd chrome and knobs mint 250 shipped

Does this set up have the small console/cover with them like the aftermarket ones or is it set up for a factory type console? Do they come with everything needed to work correctly? Thanks
