Helping my Son-In-Law in his search for a nice set of 4bolt headers to fit stock heads. Needs the 4 bolt turbo flange, hopefully in the exact same location/orientation as the stock flange.
I think he could even be talked into trading away his TA6x turbo for the right set of headers.

If you were going to run a tangential which is the only way to go then the location will be a little different but well worth it. The only thing that is exactly like stock is the stock manifold.

Trying not to have to re-engineer the downpipe. It's already a custom piece on his 87 Mazda, and it's a tight fit down through there. Switching over to BorgWarner turbo is the reason needing the 4 bolt flange.
Come to think of it, a new downpipe would probably be in order anyway.

You could probably use most of your existing dp. Just buy the bend it in fab and a v-band flange and clamp.

Dave, if he now has a 3 bolt set. and just needs to change the flange to a 4 bolt, we can do that.

We have done this on a couple stock cars that need to keep the exact same orientation.

It is not simple, as a transition pipe piece is needed to do this properly, and a simple jig would be made for exact positioning.

Let me know if I can help.
