Well, I put the 91 Olds Trofeo Master Cylinder on today, and it was the final piece to *perfect* braking. For those just tuning in, I have 02 Camaro front and rear discs on my GN. I had to clip some misc ends off brake lines to get the right ends for the Trofeo M/C, which BTW, are both 3/16's line, with BUBBLE flares. Then I had to get a 1/4" line inverted flare to 3/16" inverted flare reducer for the combination valve end. Then just bent up some 3/16s lines, and bleed the system.
Tis, flat amazing how the brakes work now. The pedal stroke, feel, and feedback is incredible. Hopefully in the next few days, I'll get a few stopping distances.
Oh, and added some 2357 bulbs out back to hopefully wake folks up when I hit the binders.
And for those thinking about manuals with all discs, the 02 Grand Ams without ABS might be a donor, for a 7/8" dual bore M/C.
The Trofeo master is dual 1" bores.
