11.22 @ 117.6 with a 1.48 60'

First pass I had a 1.59 60', and thought that would be my best all day. After that I had two 1.48's in a row launching at around 12 psi off the foot brake. I was able to get to 20 psi at the line although the tires couldn't handle it. I was hoping for more MPH, but I think I can still get a 10 second pass.

How much boost were you running? The MPH is kinda low for that ET...

26-27 psi. I might need to go to a taller tire. Not sure yet. I just started tuning it, and I'm running extremely rich.

Great job with the sock motor!
Have you changed the valve springs? A taller tire will give you a little more in the 1/4.
I have the PTC 9.5, it is an awesome street/strip converter!

Yes I did. I'll add it to the list
I'm definitely happy with the converter. It has a lot less slip than my single disc Precision lu

I like the fact you can spool so easily and still couple at that low rpm range of a stock cam. It's definitely a difficult application for a converter. Great job!

Yes it's definitely a small rpm range to work with. I was expecting more MPH with the less converter slip, but being too rich might be slowing it up a little.

As far as tuning since I switched to e85 I literally had three 3rd gear pulls on a back road before the track, and that's it. I got 5 passes in at the track, with only 3 good ones. I'm pretty happy with everything so far

The TE44s and TA49s flow enough air for 120mph. I'm actually surprised not to see a little more mph with the boost you are running and the more efficient wheels. Great runs nonetheless though. Awesome ET for the mph. I go faster to go slower than you;)

The wheels aren't more efficient on a thermal basis but they do have the potential to move a higher mass flow. Not at the pressure ratios he's at though. Boost in the mid 30's with tall tires should net 10.70-10.80.

I run 275 60/15 28 inch, and get 1.54 60' on a good track. 11.32 @ 118.5 Stock suspension with drag shocks.

I would expect you to do as good or better!
