Picked one up now looking at what stall converter I should run with this setup. I currently have a 10 LU 3000 stall converter.

Dusty I have a 10" NLU that I bought from you last year that was in my friends car this season it's a 3000 stall If I switch to the 6776RS I would most likely go back to this converter.
If I decied to keep the 6131RS at 17-20psi on the 3000 10" ppc LU converter which has to be foot braked to 3000 stall. Would you say this would be too much to try for half a season.
Trans has not been assembled yet was planning on staying lock up unless I do the switch.
Thanks Brandon!
I may sell the converter and go with a tighter 2800 converter. Or selling the turbo and go 6776dbb
Bison I am still running a 212/212 flat tappet. And I have pretty much every supporting mod you can run on a girddled 109 block with rods and pistons. The turbo has a .63 ar exhaust and a garrett compressor housing (s)
I want to stay street car high 10's tops mid 11's fairly easy.
What do you guys think?
Thanks dusty and bison
I think I will just run this turbo with my converter and switch the converter out mid season to what dusty recomends at that time and turn the boost up.
Brandon!
Also like to add, a local today at the track went 7.20 at 100 mph to the 1/8 with a journal bearing 6131 and a 2800 stall. Leaving at 4-5# off the footbrake and running 20#.
That sounds great, was this a 10 or 9.5 inch?
