At this power level how reliable are these motors???
From what I've been told they are pretty well reliable at this level. Much like the Supras and the LSx motors they are pretty stout from the factory.
What does it cost to get one there? I am just curious as to compare what it would take to build a similar buick?
Are those cars track legal far as safety equipment?

I'd venture to say it's VERY expensive even more so than that of a similar Buick especially if you're dealing with the builders/tuners involved with the Vipers (Heffner, Doug Levin, etc.). Most of the ones I have seen down here at the Vette/Viper shootouts did have all the safety equipment to run in the 8's or faster but there where plenty of them in the 10's/9's that didn't have any safety equipment kinda like you see with our cars especially at BG:wink:
