Sounds good please try to get us some video or some pics, I believe I have one old video of your car running 10.20's when Scott owned it.

They will be coming soon. Here is a peak;) A few things have been changed since these pics. I need to take some new ones I guess.

Thanks for the pics Brett, that is one great looking engine bay!

very nice!!!!! where's my sunglasses at? Keep us posted with your results. Our engine combos are very close. The only difference I see is I am running a Bowling Green intake, TH400 with a 70GTQ turbo. The 70GTQ on the street is insane. Zero lag and tons of torque. I have yet to track my new setup so I have no factual data to give you aside from the ol ass dyno which is happier then a pig in sh it. (Assuming of course that you have a 4.1)

Thanx guys. I was entertaining that 70 series for the street. Haven't really had a chance to see what this turbo feels like on the street since the changes have been made. My concern is spoolup time. I have the cubic inches (272) along with a decent size cam so maybe it will satify my desires for what I expect as far as spoolup time. There is a PTC converter in there now which should help considerably along with an XFI vs. the classic box. Time will tell I guess.

Well, hopefully this thing will hit the streets before it gets too cold:mad:. I'm in no hurry. I have waited what seems to be a lifetime (actually like 8 years but who's counting) to drive a stage II car on the street so if it's not 100% then it will go in the garage and wait for the spring I guess.

Damn! Who made it look like that?:D
Besides the man laying out the coin!

Its an easy job when the you like to spend!
When is it coming back for the "Finishing touches"?

Jr. told me the alignment would be done today. Didn't get a chance to go down there today. I'll stop by there tomorrow and see whats up. Hopefully I can get it back in ur garage by next week.

That alternator is awesome looking. Gotta ask... how much to get one?

Yea, that was a piece I kept eyeing and just had to have it:mad:. They run about $500.00 with the pulley. I hadn't seen one on anyone eles car so I thought it would look a little different.

You could do a T-400 with a gear vendors overdrive.

Not worth the added cost and weight imo. He is afraid to drive it anyway so what good would having anything other than whats already there do?

That was really rough....argh!?!?!??... but.. if you don't drive it, then he's right!

I dont drive it because it wasn't drivable till today after the alignment finally got done. The car was a death trap when I bought it. Still has to be tuned (no I dont feel like blowing it up on the road with no tune) and it still has to be registered and get thru emissions. It's still a long way out from being drivable.
