Here are some pics of a THS 200R4 transmission after over a year of high 9 second passes in a 3500lbs GN. Actually, I'm really surprised to see very little wear and tear on this trans as it has been raced hard. We are looking through it just to make sure everything is ready for the new power in 2011.

Looks good! Did you build it?

Yes built this one for Sean Hayes a few years ago when the car was just supposed to be running 11s.. Three years later it's running high 9s with the same parts.

So thats where you were!?
I was wondering when you might find your way back out there?

Remember back when 200-4R's were one of the weakest transmissions on the road? Amazing what they can do now.

Jason whose hard parts did you you use in that tranny?Very nice to see them living in that environment.Good work, hard to find today:D

We are using regular mercdex trans fluid and the hard parts are from various suppliers this trans has billet input, forward, OD ring gear.. Been watching the OD planet no cracks yet..

Man that is an expensive 11 second trans rebuild.

See ya, Kip

Thanks for your concern Kip. Build right once and never look back.

No concern Jason. It is nice when a customer has the extra cash to throw high end parts at an 11 second build. When money is not an object it is the only way to roll.

From the pics I can tell you where the ring gear and forward drum came from. Or at least who made them. ;)

I assume this is dual feed. I see some slight slippage on the directs. I also have this. What is the solution or is there one?--Lee
