Curt I am using a Race Pak V300 data logger to record my egt's

top gun,

Is this stock crank/rods too? What pistons and what bore? Thanks, and nice times.

It's time to turn the boost up to 30 and see what happens to the timeslip.

Please post some 8th mile times and MPH for us 8th mile folks.

Ditto!:D  ...I would think that car could atleast go 9.70's if not faster. I wonder who has went the fastest on stock block??

those are some awesome et's and MPH with only 23psi.... your GN1's must flow very nicely.

Looking forward to how fast it will go.

Can you share with us the mods done to the block (oiling etc) and what clearances are being run on the rod and main journals?

Also what type of pistons and what gap on the rings?

Thanks.... I'm building a motor similar to yours and need more info on what the fast "109" guys are using as far as shortblock prep.

The crank and rods are not stock. pistons je 20 over.

1/8 mile times 6.34 108.91 mph

Not sure on the specifics of the short block prep the engine was assembled by Dan at Precision Turbo

Mick, it would have been the dark blue one. You would not mistake it if you seen under the hood. It is not some botched up piece of junk. He won the event down in FL with it a couple of weeks prior.

Yes he has 300 on tap, but he hasn't used that much. 175 is the most I have heard. It runs 11.00's on just the motor.

Dave: I am going to have to get my S2 headed motor down to Dan and get him going on it in case my GN-1 motor doesn't work out. Dan really seems to be doing the right things for you guys.

Ted

Hey top gun. Walt Judy told me to give you a buzz. I tried emailing you but your mailbox is full.
I heard that you have a i/c sprayer. I am currently building my own kit with a 20pd tank. What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of one. What has been your experience? Walt Judy said to make sure your intake isn't in the way. It isn't. Just curious to what you think.

dude your flyin

congrats on the killer combo looks like you'll be the 109 king for real once its turned up

I assume you have a BMS forged steel crank and Carrillo rods?

Also, are your GN1's box stock or ported?

For now you are ;) When I finish my new combo I'll be joining the stock piston 130+ club.
