Age of TR owners

I seem to get the feeling that most of the owners of TR's are mature in their age. I have always wanted one and got my first just before my 31st B-Day. I was curious to see what the average age of TR is.

You'll probably find that most TR owners are in the 30 something age bracket since these cars were the new when we were in high school/ college. I can remember sitting in the breakroom of the grocery store I worked at in high school reading some car magazine that had an article about the last GN to roll off of the assembly line and thinking "On day I Will have one of those!" .....15 years later I did!

I got my GN when I was 18. (I saved for it since i was 16). Ive added a turbo t when i was 22. (im 23 now). Maybe when im 26....ill get a GNX ..lol.

sounds like many of you are young bucks ,that still have an axe to grind.
Me? I owned my first GN in 84, (new) ( went with the ex wife, )
( sure miss the car!)
I currently own a 87 WE4, Love It! wouldn't get rid of it for anything!
Age? ....... well , I remember ..........
anyhow 55 and counting, and enjoying every minute,

I bought my 1987 TR in December of 1996 and I am 63 years old. The car has a 278 CI stage II built by Lou Czarnota and it's predominitely driven on the street.

well i bought mine 2 weeks before i turned 18-
turn 19 this week so i am a "young gun" as you would say

just dont have the money to afford it all year round!
car only asks for about 250$ a week

I am a little over 60, but because of the way the age groups were/are listed, I had to post in the 51-60 catagory in lieu of the 61-70 catagory. And you youngsters thought that dirt was old, huh?
