For the final I turned the boost up a little and was going to use the t-brake to try to give John a race but my car never moved off the line. Should have stuck with the footbrake. Didn't see his winning time.
Congrats to John. His car looks and runs great.
Only three cars in TAI. Each car made only one pass to qualify. John Snyder was number one with a 6.3x. Then me at 6.50 and Randy from Big Wood. Don't know his time but think he was having some issues with his car.
First round John got the bye and I won my round with a 6.8x. For the final I turned the boost up a little and was going to use the t-brake to try to give John a race but my car never moved off the line. Should have stuck with the footbrake. Didn't see his winning time.
Congrats to John. His car looks and runs great. Everyone that didn't go should mark this on their calender for next year. Thanks to Shane for making full payouts for the guaranteed purses even though turnout was low. Clint did an excellant job and Richard Clark's place is an experiance that every turbobuick person should do.

What happened Randy??
Congrats to John I got to meet him at BG last year and he's a super nice guy.
Wish I could have been there to make it a 4 car field, but it wasn't in the budget for me this year.
Looks like the shaft broke on the forward drum. Hope to see you in BG.
Randy
Any video of that race or is it in one of the vids Shane posted?
