First, i just hooked up a jumper wire to my shurflow pump to see what kind of spray is comming from the NOS nozzel, but it seems to just run out of the spray nozzel.. is that correct  and my other question is that i mount the nozzel just when the up pipe begins to bend and the spray facing toward the TB is that correct:confused: or do i have to move it closer to the TB

NO, i did not post that, but anyway i`m running a .032 jet.. which way is the jet pointed toward the TB or toward the radiator? Do i need to go bigger?

How do i get the dual stage? did i mount the first one right? a little after the bend in the up pipe

Did ya get the bigger injectors yet? or you still on the 009's. I think you posted Eric burned a chip but didnt remember if it was for 009's or ???

You can point it any way..the idea is to get alcohol into the motor. Pointing it torwards the radiator will disperse it better, but the end results may be the same.

Lot of cam, turbo, heads on that motor. Requirements are different than a stock GN. .032 is a small jet..Going to have to increase pressure with a smaller nozzle to get the flow up.

The truth is based on parts listed in your signature, that should be well into the mid-high 10's. Thats a lot of liquid to control detonation at that HP level.

My vote was a multistage or progressive system.
But i've mentioned this before
:D

Good luck.

I got the 57lb injectors in now with a ERIC alky chip, but the heads are off due to blown head gasket, i think before the alky was installed and the 57`s.......What do i need to get to make it a multistage?? do i need to upgrade the jet or just adjust the pressure?

Blown head gasket.. did detonation cuase it? lack of injector? lack of fuel?

To answer your question, a multistage requires multiple nozzles(more than one), multiple pressure switches(more than one), multiple relays... set to turnon at different boost levels so the car isnt flooded by too much alcohol sprayed too low. The pump can be kept at the pressure setting it came with from factory, you need to find nozzles that work for your application. And take it from there.

Given your combo of parts, very few cars like yours run alky. Most are on a straight diet of C16 race gas. Not that you cant run alcohol and make that car fly on 93 octane, but given the nature of your posts, your new to tuning this stuff and require someone knowledgeable to get the car dialed in. At the expense of popping more headgaskets and labor time, it appears your trying to cut costs on this stuff.

Its way easier to install alky on a non-modded car and learn to add/substract till things are worked out. Even at this level doing a DIY kit for the first time can be a little troublesome. But a stock car can take a lot of detonation without popping an HG. Your mods..a little and POOF goes the HG.

I made my kits to try and alleviate situations cars like yours pose. But even that, will take a bit of trial and error, lots of chip programming to get rite.

Wish you success with the multistage.. its not for the faint at heart.

I will do the multistage as soon as the car is put back together... I dont know how i blew the HG, its been like that for a while because i`ve been dealing with a lean condition and false knock for at least 3mths, but with the head gasket blown and the car running alittle lean 740mv with 20psi 3kr the car ran a 12.12 @115 with a 2.1 60ft 0 psi launch
