The other day I hollered at Brian about upper and lower rear bars, a EGR block plate and gasket, and a new grey horn ring. I hollered back at him later and he had done sent it out to me and told me to get it to him when I can. How rude of him, how DARE he take care of a good customer like that, What is the world coming to!!!!!! Mutual trust built on time guys, we are not talking about 20 bucks worth here.
Everyone is quick to read something bad , how about some posts up on something good for a change guys!!! PS I have paid him to lol. If you ever go to his shop for one day you will wonder how in the heck he gets anything done, the phone is non stop there and everyone wants to talk to him personally. He looked like a chicken with his head cut off when I was there that time. Thanks bub! Daniel Ray:biggrin:

Stuff came in today, can't wait to get it on. Thanks again Brian, amazing how a seemingly bad post gets attention and people posting but a good one gets so much less attention. Especially as many on here that Brian has helped out over the years. 135 views so far and only one comment Daniel

I had a decent experience when I bought my stuff from Gbodyparts, the parts were good, but their shipping took forever. All I had to do was get ahold of Brian himself and he took good care of me personally. He shipped my vacuum brake conversion out to me himself because for some reason it had been missed by the shipping guy.

Your experience is similar to that of Pacemkr's. He has told me that Brian treats him as he did you. That's very trusting of him in any case...
 
Yeah that Brian guy sure is an a-hole!!!! HAHA!! I just got off the phone with him after talking for about an hour. I consider Brian a good friend even though I have never met him in person, ehich I hope to do soon. I was really bummed out he wasnt at the BPG's because I was looking forward to meeting him. He shipped out a set of rear fillers to me and I got them in today. His worker ended up accidently shipping me a set that were suppose to go back to the ABS company becuase of a mold problem on one and a crac in the other. He said my new ones will be here ASAP. Many people would jump the gun and curse him on the board but all it took was a simple phone call and it's taken care of. The ABS fillers look like a good product! Our conversations are priceless! I was feeling pretty crappy all day becuase I was dumb enough to stay out all night drinking with the boys. After a conversation with Brian, I feel better! Brian is a fantastic dude! I am very glad we have a guy that loves these cars as much as he does to help support us in our love for the hobby. Without guys like him and the other vendors, we would honestly be S.O.L. Enjoy your pizza and make sure Kasci knows we are all here thinking of her as well Brian!

Jeremy, we live to damn close not to get together sometime. I have a salesmen in Iowa that works for me (Decorah) and when I come work with him you can buy me a beer or 24 LOL:biggrin:
 
brian has always treated me good also,and don't forget his wife she is a great person also!

I too have had good dealings with Brian. I bought all my interior pieces from him(carpet,seat covers and a few other parts) Shipping was pretty fast and the price was right. I will continue supporting as many Buick vendors as I can.So far it has been Postons,Kirbans,G-body,Alkycontrol,Turbo Regal Custom Parts,ESP Performance, John's Performance,Full throttle, RJC. and Grumpy.Well Grumpy isn't a vendor but he should be!!! :D I honestly have had great service from everyone of them. I would not hesitate to purchase from these vendors again. Soon Mr. Cotton might be getting a call for a BB turbo!!!:)

Most definately! I'll PM you my number, i you ever get over this way, you'll have to stop by the garage for few! Oh wait, I dont drink beer???!!! YEAH RIGHT!! I would probably have holes in my wall if the beer wasnt there to cool me down at times!!!!
 
I knew it would just be a matter of time before one of the 3 amigos showed up here to put in his 1 cent worth, of I'm sorry, thats 2 amigos now! Darkside was BANNED this morning. If you have a problem start your own trend and get off mine. Daniel
 
Here is my experiance (That Jerk!) .....

I done buisness with brian a long time ago. I purchased bumper fillers For the Rear. Freinds & I were all sitting in my driveway with both my bumper off ready for the DHL guy yo arrive so we could throw them on and leave for BG. The fillers didn't show!! WAIT! (Here is where it get's good!) I called brian and to say the least, I was pissed and he knew it! He has his bumperfillers done by someone else. He called them and reamed them out then told those people to call me back personally to tell me THEY SCREWED UP "NOT BRIAN" so I called brian back and said well They should compensate me for all this crap and delay! You know what brian said? " Just put the bumper back on, drive to BG and when I get there I will GIVE you the set AND REFUND YOUR MONEY" and that is EXACTLY what he done! That is a stand up guy!! :)

Another incident: I was going to Pink's All Out in Bristol TN and had no rims to mount my new slicks on, I called brian and asked if he had any used rims laying around that I could buy cheap. His reply was " I have a set of Weld rims here i'll just send you to use and when your done just send them back bud!" That was awsome! :)

When I call brian for parts now he rounds them up and sends them to me before payment arrives to him. Thats trust and it means alot to me when I need parts fast...

We are not PEFFECT! Knowone is!! In the buisness world things do happen and will happen from time to time and you will have customers that don't handle things in the propper manner but buiness life does go on...
Comunication Goes A LONG WAY!! and it should be practiced a little more...

Dont know what the three amigos comment means but since it comes from u I could care less.If im not mistaken you are constantly hanging from Brians nuts on just about everyones Gbody posts.Im willing to mind my own business if you can?:rolleyes:

Somehow I don't believe that being the last 7 of 10 posts that you have made have been butting in to hammer him on this board. After you posted on this trend again you ran right over to post something on another one. I have never said me and Brian are not friends as we are ! And as a fellow buiness owner I know some of the crap you put up with on a daily basic dealing with the public so we have something in common as well. On a professional note he has always provided me with good parts and fast service as well. If anyone is [ hanging on his nuts ] it seems to me its you. Everywhere you go on this board your there trying to slam him. If you have a problem then start your own trend and explain it instead of constantly jumping on everyone elses trends to piss and moan on something you have nothing to do with. Good day to you!
