It's tragic that the young man got kicked like that, but if the people that live in that area allow drugs and gang activity to go on in their neighborhood, then innocent people are going to continue to be hurt....by the gangs AND police. You wallow with trash and you eventually start to smell like trash.

Nothen unusal. Happens every day in every state. With everyone having a video camera (phone) its not unusual that ur seeing it more often. Its not happening more often, just being recorded more often.

Cops use to beat the chit out of everyone in the 60, 70, 80.... It doesnt happen nealy as much now.
