ive diagnosed a bad tcc solenoid on the car. unplugging it drives great. until it gets replaced, any harm in driving the car with it unplugged? its just around town city cruising, no more than 45mph (my chip locks it at 48 or 49). what about track use? noble is coming up in a little over a month. if i cant get it done before then, any harm in some 1/4mi passes? car would be trailered to the track if i went. car is still slow enough to keep it in D for the pass and i dont force lockup at wot.

You shouldn't be doing any harm, and this takes only about 1/2 an hour to replace, it's very easy. Drop the pan, unbolt it the solenoid, unclip it, pull it out, replace in reverse order. It's so eay I did it:))
