Any ideas on a no start condition??

Cam sensor sets fuel timing, not spark timing. But, if there is no cam sensor signal on startup, there will be no spark. Ever.

That was the post that had me take a second look at the cam sensor.

The cam sensor does not control any timing, it is used by the ignition module and ECM to identify which crank sensor pulse is which.

But, if the cam sensor is wagging around, it can mis-sync things....
