Anybody Put in a Pool Lately

Thinking about putting in a in-ground pool and haven't really priced around yet. Was thinking for a 20 X 40 with equipment and everything would be around $30,000 for basic with no frills. Can anyone chime in on what size - price they have installed lately? Location is Middle Tennessee.

I'm waiting for the pool guy to come out and measure today. We are getting a 40'x20' polymer side wall with vinyl liner with no extras it's about $30000. Remember there are alot of non pool extras that add up quickly.....#1 fencing , shed or pool house for pump & heater (if you want one). Our total is going to be about $45000 with the extra concrete & fancy fencing my wife wants. Sam
