Anybody think I would see any improvement over what I already got......?

.......by going to a Cotton FMIC/ Precision upper and a 70 MM TB?
Or a waste or time and money? Perhaps this sort of upgrade would be best utilized with a bigger turbo, but I thought I would ask for some opinions anyway.
