Hey guys I'm trying to find someone that sells the refill canisters for the fuel injector cleaner kits that you screw onto the fuel rail and run the car on for like 2 min untill the can goes empty. I bought one of these kits on ebay like 2 years ago and can't find the refills. I believe that the kit is originaly from ATR but not shure? TIA Patrick

I've got one in my garage! :D I just don't have the hose kit to adapt it to my car. :frown:

I think I got it at NAPA though. If you want I'll take a look around and see if I can measure the threads to make sure they would fit your hose. Also, it seems like that would be something a GM dealer would have. HTH

GM dealers dont sell them. We use a pressurized can that is refillable. Its basically an aluminum can with a twist off top that has two pressure gauges attached. Fill the canister with TEC and pressurize it with compressed air. The cheapest I have seen these is in the $250 range. NAPA is your best bet.

No this is a disposable can that when you screw the hose onto the top of the can it punctures a metal seal and the injector cleaner starts to flow through the hose and into the fuel rail. You disconnect the fuel pump and run the car on only what is coming out of the pressurized can. I am just looking for the refill for this set up. The can of injector cleaner says Borg-Warner on it. I checked there web site but found nothing. The person I got this from on ebay said he bought it from ATR a few years ago but got rid of the car etc.

pepboys has the borg warner brand. won't find it on the shelf but behind the parts counter, as it is supposed to only be used for the shop but you can buy the stuff. dont know how much it costs though.

Cool, I will try Advanced Auto first. Thanks for the help guys always appricated. :D
