Hi guys, I just found out my walbro 340 with probably not even 400 miles on it is shot, problem is I bought it 2 years ago, sat in the tank all last year with no use, and went to move the car the other day and no fuel pump. I took it out and applied 12v straight from the car battery to the terminals on the fuel pump and it makes a "clunk" noise but doesn't pump.
Is their any way I can tear this apart and see if hopefully just a piece of dirt is stock in there, or possibly rebuild it myself? I noticed on the top it looks as if a wrench would fit on it but I am thinking it has to be sealed with some sort of glue or sealant.

I don't think it is rebuildable. If you need one, I have a used one for sale. I recently purchased one from FullThrottleSpeed, thinking I didn't have on in my car. Come to find out it is a 340. So I just installed the new one and now I have an extra unit for sale.
