I'm planning a long weekend there with me and the wife in June. We are coming down to investigate some rental properties in the area can you guys make any suggestions on some things to go see or do. Also does anybody here have rental experiences the would like share? We would like to take advantage of the real estate market in the area since its seems to be one of the lowest.
