For years I've seen 60% + posts here using Loose when they mean Lose.

Loose means your belt is Loose or your Girlfriend is Loose....

Lose means Lost. Losing. Not Winning.

Lose...you lost...Loser...Its over..not a Winner.....Arrrrgggghh.

Sorry...I'm far from Mr.Speller, but this is Rampant.

That's about the worst one out there.

RobsIron I feel your pain. I am only a high school graduate, & it really bugs me the way our spelling, language, & the concern about it has deteriorated so rapidly. hey if parents talk & write like absolute imbeciles why do you expect there off spring be any different?

About the only thing worster than badder spelling is when people don't capitoleyes the first werd of a sentinse.

Silliness aside, I am ok with their/there, to/two/too, and the like as those are traditional mistakes and hey, we are all here to talk cars not spelling and grammar.

What gets my goat (and it’s a small cute little goat) is the following type of speech impediment:

Yo
Peeps
Busta
Lay smack (or lay anything on someone)

And……..pretty much anything that makes you think of a skinny white kid with his hat and pants on backwards leaning out his Honda Civic car window.

Oh, just for the record, “should have gone” not “should have ‘went’”.

Peace out y’all.
