ATS reading =71 Always

So three of us in Panama City have very similar builds and we noticed that the ATS reading on the scan master is always 71 for all three of us. We swapped one out for a new sensor with no change in the reading. Does anyone know if this is the reading an extender extreme chip from full throttle should have?

the extender extreme G chip is set up that way. The air temp circuitry is used by the Gen-2 to control the WOT spark advance.
