Hi guys new to the forum.
Just in the build of my gemini drag car. Im building a 3.8 v6 ecotech buick engine out of our holden commodore, is this the same engine you guys use in the states. Reason being is im told they have a weak crank. Im looking to push around 800hp through the car.
Is there a crank that will fit this engine that can take the abuse.

Cheers any help is appreciated

I'm interested in pics also but from what little I know about those engines they seem to be similar to the Series II 3800 used in the front wheel drive cars. It's a later engine that what was used in the 1986-87 Turbo cars.

The camaros and firebirds had a RWD form of the 3.8 and im pretty sure the commodore version is very similar to that.
