I blew something up. About 5 gallons of coolant/oil out of the oil pan. Im doing all the bearings, cam, crank, and rods, head gaskets, intake, and possibly rings. Any tips on procedure other than take the old ones out and put the new ones in?

Yeah, find out why you blew up so you dont do it again.

Yea i forgot to mention doing that. But, to i have to re-crosshatch the bearing races some how or re cross hatch the cylinder walls for new rings or polish the crank and cam? is so how is this accomplished?

You cant hone the cylinders wo a honing machine. You have to fin a reputable machinist to inspect your crank/rods, hone/bore cylinders, and line hone the mains, deck the block. Throw the cam in the trash if you had coolant in the oil. Get a new one with new lifters. Blueprint the oil pump. The cam bearings will need replacing also. Bob at RPE Machine is my reccomendation for a machinst. Its worth the drive for you. Check your pm.
