Does anybody know if Belltechs rear drop springs are progressive or not?

Yes the rear springs are progressive. You also have the option of trimming the coils to further acheive the desired ride height.

I'm worried about them unloading during alaunch and do not want pregressive springs. Is there any place that I could find out for sure?

generally progressive rates vary in diam, or spacing, since the metal isnt a different tensil rate, that the only way to vary it. If it is the same top to bottom diam, and distance in between every coil, it is linear rated. It looks linear to me, unless they posted the wrong pic on Summit (Which is likely). Remember the manufacturer only use one diam rolled steel per coil, to make winding them easier, more efficient, and cost effective. If you ever see two different diam coils on the same spring assembly, there is a perch separating them generally.
