my first car, 70 pontiac bonneville convertable. car had every option available. 72 pontiac grand prix, 73 olds 98 2 door. love the old boats.

Mine would be my R32 Skyline i had in Japan...Fast, sounded great, looked sharp and comfortable. Everyone who was in it and I floored it always had a DAAAAM comment or something from the power.and sound. Say what you will but the sound of a high revving straight six turbo with a ext wastegate venting to the atmosphere is hard to beat.

Most comfortable was my 75 Lincoln Mark Signature series Black on Black fully loaded. It got 8 MPG at its best.

The Infiniti that I have is a bit too narrow in the seats and not much headroom. But its alot of fun and handles well. Its the wifes car tho.

If I can get a transmission to live in my GN then I could start to enjoy it. After todays trans failure (OD planet failed 1 day old..I cant win!! that makes 6 trans installs in 2 years) maybe I could start to enjoy the GN again..LOL

I really like the new G37 much better headroom and seats..and 330HP. Should be in the garage in the next 2 years hopefully.

Oh yeah a Busa will be a next purchase as well

I would have to say my 1975 Chevy Monza. I turned it into a V8 back in 94. It had the factory T50 5-speed and 3.42 gears. Added an Auburn posi, 2+2 suspension. 350/795 Q-jet, 10.5 clutch, Hooker headers. Weighed in under 3,000 lbs and was a killer car on the street. 13.28@104 at the track.

72 VW Bus Westfalia.

Let's just say, What happends in the bus stays in the bus;) .

Mike B.

I loved my mint NOM 70 SS 454 LS5 red with black stripes cowl hood the works. Black bench seat with a granny shifted TH400. I had it and the GN and one had to go. The GN stayed, I don't miss it too much since the GN has really been fun. I also didn't feel as bad modding the GN as I would have an original SS. Made sense at the time.

I have had 5 GTP's and really like them as well. Lots of room and all of them weere as fast as or faster than the big ole 454.

The 3 cars I owned, sold, and deeply regretted were my 1956 Thunderbird, 312 cu w/3 speed O/D trans.......had it repainted 1962 Chevy color called "Palamino Tan Metalic" aka "Anniversary Gold", Next car was a 1965 Pontiac GTO, 335HP 4 speed........what a car! 1968 Dodge Charger R/T (I bought it brand new in Ft Worth TX) 440 cu (375HP) torque flite, dark green metalic paint w/o vinyl roof........beautiful car after I put AR torque thrust wheels on it......hemi mufflers......dam it was fast!!!!:)

Trouble FREE cars I enjoyed and even beat the crap outa without problems ...

84 Capri RS Turbo, 5sp/4.11posi unknown milage speedo never worked but I hammered the crap outa it for 2 1/2yrs! 13.90's bone stock all day long! Sold to Stupid kid cousin.

85 Shelby Charger T-I, 105K-178K sold to another kid in town who SCRAPPED the body to rebuild his crappy 86! I sawzalled the nose off @ junkyard and have on the wall. Loved that one too!

02 Focus SVT 136K currently, all mine. Not as fast as either of the previous but I've been beatin this thing up as a daily for 6yrs now and it's just now needing an alt! From 65mph it'll keep up(not beat) anything but that prick in the Porsche who got the holeshot on me in traffic. Just couldn't catch back up. Seriously, this lil retarded ****box has actually stayed with Cobras on the hwy!

Oddly none are my all time favs tho...

Got to be my 04 impala SS Indy with the L67. Plenty of power, easy to mod, room for the family and a good ride. Runs circles around my hot air (for now);) . Before that the funnest car I owned was my '84 Dodge Colt turbo back in high school. The original tuner turbocharged cracker box that suprised many a wanna be street racer back then.

Trouble free, good milage, fun, the one you just loved the most. Seems like I've owned about 20+ but I have to say, my LS400 is the nicest and best one yet. with 165k on the clock, this car still seems new. 20/26 mpg and the best smooth ride.

Hey,

Where did you get those chrome fender port holes that are on your limited regal?

Thanks, John

John, they are off of a 07 Buick Lucerne. GM Parts Dept for $25 each

Chevy Trucks, all kinds... Probably had one of everything made since 95... LOVE THEM!

My all time car that never broke down was my 1980 Buick Park Avenue with a 350 sbb, TH400 trans and 2.41 rear gears. 22 years and 200K+ miles and all I did was radiator/water pump, starter, cam and lifters aside form normal wear and tear items. I'm sorry I donated that car. Easiest driving car I've ever owned.

My easiest car to work on was my 67 Cadillac. Change an evaporator or heater core in 15 minutes without draining the anti-freeze. In 30+ years nothing ever broke or quit working except the water pump.

Probably have had 15 or so cars/trucks.. most reliable and fun? Was actually my Dads '86 Vette that I drove for nearly a year while I in Phoenix and was having a "great engine" built for my Iroc back in Albuquerque. Was the one of the first '86's and they were messing with spring rates, the front was really low stock so I had some lowering bolts put in the back. Put over 20k miles on that car that year, had over 140k when I stopped driving it, got around 28mpg on the freeway, cold ac, never overheated in the Phoenix heat and ran a 14flat stock. Aside from many oil changes, I only had to replace a starter. (Should have given my dad my Iroc and kept the vette!)

The one I miss the most is my '97 Chevy K1500... Not very "tough", had to replace an axle first time I took it offroad, had to replace the radiator, and always had a "clunk" in the front end. Had some parts acquired to do a rear-mount turbo on it, but didn't get around to it, didn't have it very long and had to get rid of it to pay off a very bad investment.:(
