Timing is at 32 at 3000rpm which is were it begins to spool and it tapers down to 30 at 3500 about 10psi. Wot timing is 21 at 30psi.

You are giving away HP on the top end with only 21 degrees of timing.

As long as you are running 116 octane race gas and I assume you are with that monster of a turbo you should be able to run 25 degrees

Id keep the timing higher with 10 psi. Im around 36 degrees i think. More timing =higher converter stall speed. Assuming high octane of 110 or better

I'm using e85.

E85 has on octane rating of 110, correct me if am wrong, you can still turn up the timing on the top end.

Tom, I have found playing with the tps response settings can help too.

Leaner seems to spool my Q trim 70 alot better. I'm have the afr's in the 12's.

Just curious, where are you changing timing?

Rick

WOT timing page. What effect does the tps response have?

Tom, the tps response adds fuel when the throttle moves. Like a accelerator pump on a carb. I have lowered mine from 40 to 30. I set decay to 80. Decay is how long the blast of fuel lasts. From the way I understand it, the higher the number, the sooner it fades out. Default is 60.
I was out playing around with it one night and that where I landed. I would keep doing blips on the gas while watching the arf's. Spool up was definitely improved. ;)
Keep in mind I'm still using 93 oct so my settings may not be good for you but you get the idea.

Rick
