Okay, I ran the CarboTech Bobcats this past weekend. My initial impressions were good. Very little dust, quiet, initial bite was good, and I had a lot of control. I would say they are easily on par with the Porterfield R4S, and they cost a bit less.
Correcting my earlier report, I took the car to Deal's Gap last weekend (www.tailofthedragon.com) and ran it pretty hard. The Bobcats fade out much sooner than the Porterfields. Not recommended for super heavy braking use. They'll die after a couple stops from 100mph on a GN.
