BstC electronic boost controller- $105 shipped to lower 48. Comes with instructions.
This is a very cool piece. I had my actuator set for 16psi with the unit off for pump gas. Put 110 octane in the car, flip the switch on, and it was automatically set for 23psi. I had it mounted inside my center counsel, no one knew it was there.

I don't know much about the other one, it does come with instructions.
