Today we bought our son a Jeep Wrangler X. Its a 2002, 4.0, Auto, with 20,800 actual 1 owner miles. Bankers wife here in town had it.

It has some fat tires and rims, but I wanna put a 4" lift on it for him and some updates rims/tires.

I had a Jeep in High School and it pulls all the chicks in:biggrin::eek::biggrin:

Funny...I thought only chicks drove Wranglers...Like the previous owner. ;)

I worked with a guy who had a yellow Wrangler. People asked him all the time if it was his girlfriend's. He traded it in and got a Grand Cherokee.

jeeps are cool. this was my 08. sold it but miss it.

So you bought HIM a Jeep because YOU had one in high school

Something is wrong with this picture?

How come HE did not buy and pay for it if HE wanted?

Guess I an too old fashioned, or better word yet, traditional.

Oh I see your point Nick trust me. If he was a lazy kid and played call of duty all day and night on X box I would have never done it.

He goes to school, Football, Basketball, Track practices and games, mowes 11 yards here in our town every week, including our church every Saturday (huge yard) and pulls down all A's and just a couple B's.

As well as helping my wife and his younger brother with house chores all week while I am on the road.

He is a very responsable, respectful young man that does his stuff without having to be told.

He bought his John Deere Rider, Trailer, Weed Eater, Push Mower, blower etc and paid cash on his own as well as he just bought a KX100 for cash.

If he cabn do this 3 more years when he graduates high school he will have about $35,000 in savings:biggrin:

Thats more than I have at age 41:eek::eek::biggrin::eek:
