anyone here a fan? any members here live in that part of the country? is there really no grass in the front yards? seems like there is gravel in everyones yard?

it has to be one the best shows ever on a network other then HBO or Showtime. Raw and Hardcore. way more intense then "The Shield" was.
Meth is no joke. we dont see much of any meth in this part of the country other then the club scene.

that stuff will rot the enamel off ur teeth and turn you out overnight. highly!!! addictive!!! just cant never figure why this part of the country is not affected by meth like the states out west are.

ive seen a few episodes.. and its a good show. the hard think is I cant take him seriously, because I keep thinkin of Hal from malcolm in the middle...

It's my favorite....so damn good that my wife went out and bought the first two seasons.....really raw....that Gus is the coldest human ever.....great show....never miss it. Just love Brian Cranson as Walt...he just does a great job!

As great as The Wire, which still shows on Direct TV on 101 every Sunday.

I could do without all the damn commercials on AMC.

We had a meth lab right next door.....ever smell meth cooking? My GOD, it smells bad...we had to close our windows every night....a %^$#$ biker and his bitch bought the $250,500 house next door to us in '03, about 150 yards away from us....those clowns cooked meth even when I was mowing our lawn in 98 degree weather! . Made us sick. I hated those losers....how could they afford that house, I wonder....way back in the woods, perfect setting....I secretly reported all the traffic at all hours and bad smells to an FBI agent who lives in our cul-de-sac....wonder if that had something to do with them finally deserting the house, after trashing it of course....should have seen all the bikers showing up, getting high on the bong, plus smoking meth....even saw the guy's 15 year old son taking hits off of the propane gas cylinder, then dancing around the yard like a chicken with his head cut off.....those pieces of trash came back one day after deserting the place and started stealing all the copper pipes out of the house....I called the cops, they showed up here after the clowns left, but were going after them. Lost count of all the late night rushing of the biker's pickup truck coming down the dirt road at high speeds, cutting off his lights and running into the woods behind their house.

Yeah, Meth.....it really screws up the mind...very, very sad drug, very dangerous, very lethal. Very sad world.

There's not enough money in the universe to make me touch the stuff. No way.

and its the type of story line that could go on for years. I really hope it goes as long as the shield for 7 seasons. I dont see why it wont.

I feel the same way...it's too damn good to end a show like this.

I miss the Shield...

been hooked on Dexter and Californication for yrs now..

Jesus H!!!! Would somebody do Bruce a favor and delete his 1st post before somebody see's it?!!!? I like his input but Damn! That's dangerous stuff to put in public! These people don't F around!

Liked the show when I had TV, Very realistic, If not a little downplayed for the audience and sponsor's. Interesting to see from a distance, but I sure wouldn't want to be living among those in the middle of it again!

One of my favorite shows on television these days! Watch it every sunday night :D.

Brett,

My last three years in the Air Force were spent in Albuquerque, where the show is made. What you see is what it looks like. Yes, my yard was gravel. As soon as I retired from the Air Force, my car was packed and I got out of there.
