I don't care if it is a lopey idle.....I want power.

p.s. excuse my english

GN 87, 93 ATR STREET CHIP, K & N AIR FILTER AND 340 WALBRO FUEL PUMP 13.45 @ 105 17 PSI 91 OCTANE AND XYLENE

Smaller cams typically have smaller power bands. You need to state how fast you want to go, not just what the other parts are.

People go fast with the 206/206, but people often go faster with bigger cams with their broader power band.

Rollers have the largest power band of any cam for these cars.

I would like to run in the 10's if possible....I heard the rollers were the way to go...any suggestions on the roller units?
Thanks:confused:

i've never seen a block bored .035" over??? lots of guys going fast in the 10's with mild 206/206 or 212/212 cams...if i was to do a cam right now i would do a 212/212 CC roller...great cam and really mild for street use...

The engine block I have gotten was already bored .030 over...we needed to clean up the cylinder walls so therefore we went over another.005.
I had je make me a set of custom made pistons(with 3 extra of course....just in case)to work.

Thank you for all the input and I think I am going to go with the comp cams roller setup.

BTW does anyone know who makes a nice aluminum oil pan for our cars???

Thanks
Doug
