Can a TT alchy program be installed on a thumbwheel chip?

I have the Poston's 7 position "Ultra Chip". It's probably not the best chip around, but I like the security setting, the valet, and the factory settings. Just wondering if one of the positions I don't use can be deleted and reprogrammed with a Turbo Tweak alchy program?

It could be put on a thumbwheel. However, everytime you want to switch to the TurboTweak position, you would have to unplug the ECM power to reset the memory.
