Can you test METH?

Is there a way to test METH? There's a local guy selling a partial barrel (approx 30 gallons)
What's to stop him from adding 15 gallons of water to 15 gallons of METH and selling it?
Is there a way to test it and know for sure what I'm buying??

Test the specific gravity. There is a tool for doing that. It will let you know if there is a water content.

Ask if it has top lube in it. Most racers just add to the barrel.

Dump a little on the concrete and after it evaporates it will leave a film if there is a top lube. It will also have an odor that is different than 100% methanol. Don't breathe it in too deep. Very nasty on the nose.
