The pipes are done!! I got a call today and after several "issues" I will finally have 10 sets of pipes tomorrow. I had to dig up the original CAS drawings as the company needed them since 2007 was the last time I ordered them. It appears I have two drawings for the inlet pipes one for a stock intake and one with a hemco and raised plenum. I only ordered the one for the raised plenum as it is the only one we produced previously.

My chassis guy will be picking up the pipes tom and getting started on them. I will be contacting you guys to get specifics on what you want coating cut pipe etc. The the IAT bungs will be $20 at most maybe $15 depending on what the bungs cost. Shipping will be actual cost of shipping and materials. Once I have a set of pipes I will find a box and can be more specific.

Good news is if I ever have to order them in the future I should be able to get them in week.

Thanks for getting this done. I actually would like my pipes without the bungs welded (vs. what I said before). Just bought an AC/DC tig so I'll start getting my $'s worth out of that.

I installed a plenum spacer to make sure that the new pipe would clear. So I'm still in for one piece pipes with rolled ends.

Pipes are in and should be ready to ship on Monday. I am going start tracking down a shipping box for them today and will have that cost soon.

Pair of 3" alum CAS V1 IC pipes bead rolled ends raw material finish $165 plus the box and plus shipping.
Powder Coating $75 Basic solid colors, black white red etc.
Jet Hot Ceramic coating $95
Split inlet pipe and bead roll ends $10
IAT inlet bung $20

OK I need you guys to send a PM with shipping info and your PP address if you have one. I will send a PP invoice with shipping costs figured in. I can take a CC over the phone BUT I am a Chiropractor and not a performance shop so the charges will show up on your statement as such.

Please be specific about any options you want. Pipes that will be ready to ship next week will obviously only be the raw finish. I can potentially have ones with IATs bungs shipping next week too.

I have boxes and shipping materials which will be $10 a set. I can not get two sets in a box.

I should be able to ship next week. The bead rolling and bungs will be done Sunday.

Figure costs with options plus $10 for box and shipping costs from 44512. I will be shipping Fed Ex ground if figuring it out on your own. Box is 40x10x10 and will weigh under 10#.

Finished getting mine installed earlier today and went for a quick spin thru the neighborhood. Need to get longer silicone couplers for the intercooler outlet but I made it work and it held up to 20PSI on a quick blast.

Now just need the rain to stop so I can go for a longer drive... Thanks again Chris! One more thing that I wanted to do done!
