Thanks everyone! I have been looking for a FMIC for some time now. I was thinking of getting a CAS. I have heard "some" bad stories but all vendors has that issue. Until today, and after reading this thread, I will never purchase from CAS.

So, he has lost my business too. Hopefully, more will jump on board.

Call PTE or Cottons. It just doesn't make sense to spend money with any other vendor(s) that don't give back to the Buick community. I won't get into my personal feelings about CAS.
