I recently talked to Tom at champion and we talked about having the fuel lines anodized, that would def stop any corrosion issues...simply put the more rails he has to do at 1 time the cheaper the cost...please chime in so i can report back to Tom on the interest out there...

This is why I didn't drop off my rails to my CNC buddy, it's probably better to have Tom anodize his aluminum ones.

I'd send mine in, see if he'd be interested in two categories, new rails and old Champion rails for anodizing.

Has Tom gave you guys a price for these yet? I got a price back from some one for $180 for just anodized rails no fittings or mounting brackets Ill have to make the brackets.

I'd buy a set if they were reasonably priced.

681, that price to anodize seems awfully high. I checked with the guy that does my coatings, he doesnt anodize though. He thought I'd be looking at roughly $45 to coat a set of rails.

i'd be interested if they were mil-spec BLACK hard anodized.... and if they came with Black anodized fittings..... lmk

How much for anodizing interior of my Champ rails? Also price to anodize exterior as mentioned earlier?

The $180 is not for the anodizing it is for an anodize set of fuel rails. only thing is they are -6 not -8 like some of you guys want. I dont remeber off the top off my head what the inside rail diamitor was Ill have to get back with him on that again. He only has them in clear anodize he has the railes anodized before they are cut down so only bad thing is all the threaded and injector ports will not be coated.
